Registration
Luxembourg trade register number, VAT number (format LU followed by 8 digits) and business permit number: being issued. They will be published here as soon as they are received, and appear on every quote and invoice.
Regulated activity and supervisory authority
The craft activities carried out require a business permit under the amended Law of 2 September 2011 governing access to the professions of craftsman, trader and industrialist. Issuing authority: Ministry of the Economy — Direction générale des classes moyennes, 19-21 boulevard Royal, L-2449 Luxembourg.
Your right of withdrawal
When the contract is concluded at your home or at a distance — by phone, by e-mail or by signing the quote online — you have 14 calendar days to withdraw, without giving a reason and without penalty. A call or an e-mail to info@ehd.lu before the deadline is enough. If you expressly ask us to start before those 14 days are up, you remain liable for what has already been done; once the service has been fully performed with your express agreement, the right lapses. You cannot waive it in advance: any such clause is void.
Consumer mediation
If a disagreement cannot be settled between us, you may refer the matter free of charge to the Service national du Médiateur de la consommation, Ancien Hôtel de la Monnaie, 6 rue du Palais de Justice, L-1841 Luxembourg — phone +352 46 13 11 — info@mediateurconsommation.lu. The European online dispute resolution platform (ODR) closed permanently on 20 July 2025 and can no longer be used.
